Where are you located?
Where can I park? Is parking included?
Parking is included and located below Salon Republic. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor & message me when you’ve arrived outside Salon Republic. Please bring your ticket with you & we will validate it at the end of your service.
How can I pay for my service?
Star Faced accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
I will always confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. Please allow 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable $50 deposit charge.
Is there anything specific I should wear?
Please wear whatever you’re most comfortable in. I do recommend wearing some sort of tank top or sports bra where the straps come down easily as I do include the décolleté in treatments. You can certainly opt out of this option & we can only treat the face.
I’ve never had a facial before! What should I expect?
All facials include a consultation & thorough skin analysis. We will begin your appointment discussing your skincare needs. This usually takes about 20 minutes the first time. Please consult my Pre Facial Instructions for more detailed information.
How long does an average facial take?
Each client’s skin & face is unique. There is no set time on Star Faced facials - I work until the job is complete based on your needs. Appointments average about one and a half to two hours including consultation & check out. If you need to be out sooner & are on a specific schedule, please let me know & I will make sure you’re out on time. Most importantly, take a deep breath, relax and escape to the ultimate skin healing experience.
If I am running late will I still get my full service?
There is no guarantee of a full service if you are running extremely behind. I will always do my best to accommodate my clients, but if time does not permit, the service will be cut short & amended. If you are too late to receive any service at all, you are responsible for the full price of service.
