Terms of Service — Star Faced Esthetics

1. Overview. This website is operated by Star Faced Esthetics ("Star Faced," "we," "us"). By visiting the site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. General conditions. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. You agree not to use the site or its products for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

3. Products & orders. All products are subject to availability, and quantities may be limited. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, and to correct errors in pricing or product information; if your order is affected, we will contact you at the email provided at checkout. Product images are illustrative and colors may vary by display.

4. Professional-use products (Client Exclusives). Certain professional-strength products are made available only to established Star Faced clients through an access code, because they are intended to be used under professional guidance. Access codes are for the personal use of the client they are shared with and may not be redistributed. Star Faced may decline, cancel or refund any order of professional-use products placed outside this intended process.

5. Not medical advice. Content on this site — including product descriptions, the Ingredient Scan tool, FAQ answers and skincare guidance — is for general informational purposes only, is not medical advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a physician or dermatologist. Always patch-test new products. Discontinue use and consult a professional if irritation occurs.

6. Services & bookings. Facials, consultations and other services are booked and governed through our booking provider; any deposits, cancellation windows and service policies shown at booking apply to those services.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Because of the nature of professional skincare, all product sales are final except as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property. All site content — photography, video, copy, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Star Faced Esthetics or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Client photographs are shared with client consent and may not be copied or redistributed.

9. Accuracy of information. We do our best to keep information current but do not warrant that all content is accurate, complete or error-free, and we may update content at any time without obligation to notify.

10. Third-party links & tools. The site may link to third-party sites and tools (booking, social platforms, payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Faced Esthetics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products; in any case our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Faced Esthetics from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
